One of the most rewarding things God has enabled GTM to do is provide counsel and direction to churches facing crisis, relationship struggles, or a need for spiritual renewal. Greg is available to churches and leaders to help them in the following areas:
- leadership retreats
- conflict management/dispute resolution

- clarifying and articulating vision and values
- any of the sections within the equipping course section
Equipping
Greg teaches seminars and retreats, primarily (but not exclusively) for pastors and church leaders. These are sometimes small gatherings with one or two emphases:
- Training intensives (concentrated instructional sessions on key ministry areas)
- Spiritual renewal, prayer, healing and prophetic ministry (designed to refresh and re-energise leaders and lay people struggling in life and experiencing ministry burnout).
Larger conferences are also taught by GTM along with Greg’s preaching ministry.

Greg takes individuals and groups through short courses that facilitate peronal growth. These courses normally comprise 6-10 two hour sessions.
